I worked in this Hotel before Pandemic as a Waiter. I will tell you the dirty Secrets. Plates and Cutleries are not properly cleaned even though it looks clean. They Soaked the Plates in Warm Water and we tye waiters had to wipe it with Clothes that is dirty because it's used multiple times. They don't used Soaps especially during Busy Hours and it's Disgusting and we worked like slaves. I feel guilty for Customers that's Y I left Hotel Job. It's All the other 5 stars Hotel I worked with.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.
